Can’t sign in, forgot your password, or need help with Apple/Google login? Email support and include your account email.

For user reports, include the profile name and any key details. We take safety and moderation reports seriously.

For Premium, Big Likes, or Video Dates purchase issues, share your product name and screenshot so we can investigate quickly.

If something isn’t working, share device type, iOS version, and what happened just before the issue.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile → Settings and choose delete account. If you cannot access this flow, contact support and we can help.

How do I report someone?

Use the in-app report tools from profile, match, or chat screens. If needed, email support with details and we will review.

How fast do you respond?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Include clear details in your first message so we can help faster.
